I’m having a major cauliflower moment, so the next logical step for me was to make it the main course. Of course, it’s more of a meal when paired with Jilz Crackers. I love these Cracker Crusted Cauliflower Steaks because they’re gluten free (with grain-free options), dairy free, and packed with flavor. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, this veggie-centric dish is the perfect recipe to mix up your routine eats.
